Pregnancy, a Complete Rollercoaster Ride, from the Beginning Till the End

Pregnancy in itself comes with many ups and downs for a woman. It is the time when I am learning and growing as an individual. Now that I am facing the physical and mental changes by myself, I realize that the real comfort is in self-satisfaction, and it is very important to fulfill your emotional needs, for which you need a loving family and husband by your side.

All these days have been normal in my life, but there have been times when I realised this journey belongs to me and my baby only. The morning sickness, nausea, body aches, and what not… It actually changes our lives. Apart from that, the feeling of having a tiny version of yourself after 9 months gives you goosebumps and happiness! Throughout this journey, you try to find the best gynaecologist, eat healthy food; you know that sleeping on your left side will provide the best nutrition to your baby; eat after every 2 – 3 hours… Every now and then you have things going on in your mind for that little one. This is how a woman becomes a mother, as soon as she gets to know that a life is developing inside her.

After a certain period of time, when she feels the kicks and hiccups, it is bliss. It is the time when she makes a connection with the baby, and the baby responds at times, intentionally or unintentionally – but it gives immense pleasure to the mom-to-be. All these experiences of this new journey make a woman strong and determined. That little one gives her immense strength and courage to surpass everyday difficulties. This bond of pure love is worth the wait. I wish that every woman gets the strength and courage to pass this phase like a pro, and more power to all the moms-to-be, all the women who are trying to conceive, to the ones finding it a difficult journey, and to every single woman on this universe.
