POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. In 7 months, most of the foods will remain same as 6 months and new introductions should be done from 8th month onwards. You can feed foods like lentil puree, mashed banana and boiled potato, apple, carrots and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac and sometimes apple or prune juice to keep digestion smooth.
