yesterday my daughter finger wounded by door lightly today afternoon onwards water come out from the finger nail near what can I do

A. hello dear mum. sprinkle neosproin powder over it.. try yo keep it clean n dry. can also apply Sofeamycin skin cream. good to get it checked by paediatrician first.
