yesterday my baby had vomiting from early morning while taking water also he vomitted later we take him to hospital and now vomiting reduces but he had worse dysentery with high fever but now it's green poop can v give breastfeed wt shal u do pls help

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. kindly give ors(oral rehydration solution) for every episode of loose motion and give simple diet made from rice dal and khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana and the natural probiotics from the curd will help in decreasing the loose motion and if it is not improving in one or two days then kindly meet your doctor. also you cannnot give outside milk and cerelac also but you can continue to give breastfeeding if going on for next few days. avoid giving sweet sugary food as well as maida and biscuits, chocolate, icecream, packet foods cerelac. other food which can be given are poha daliya upma mamra idli

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom Such case you should definitely avoid breastfeeding your baby. If you want to give milk then you can go for soya milk. Try to be very light food to your baby it will be easy for baby to digest milk and food. Still you baby doesn’t get to leave then consult with your doctor about it and for few are you can give Calpol drops
