Yesterday mistakenly given 0.6 ml of paracetamol pediatrics oral suspension drops to 2 month old baby. On box its written each ml contains 150 mg.baby weight is approx 4 kg. Its almost 17 hrs now and baby is mostly sleeping. She is waking up takes milk and then again go to sleep. Is it cause of concern . Will the extra dosage harm baby. Pls suggest
