yesterday I got a complaint from parent that my kid hit his son.what to do

A. Talk to your child understand what was the situation in what situation your child has raised its hand and that your child has the habit of hitting kids or not because if it has happened out of the blue maybe the other side is something that you need to know before you react also talk to the school people if it has been recorded in CCTV camera look at that also so before reacting try to figure out the entire story and accordingly you can talk to your child but with patience
