yesterday afternoon I put vaccine for my baby still he has fever aftr vaccine hw many days fever Wil be there..he is 4mnth 26days days he many hours once paracetamol have to be given wat will be the dosage

A. it is normal for a baby to have fever after vaccine as fever is an immunogenic response post vaccine so do not worry about this just continue giving fever medicine for 2 days every 6 hours can be repeated
