It’s an allergy that is there and you can take a treatment with either a dermatologist or a homeopathic Doctor Who ever you prefer the best to go ahead with because it’s an allergy and it’s seasonal allergy and sometimes this kind of an allergy spread on the body because it is associated with blood related infection so I suggest you to 1st go for homeopathy if it suits you
