Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have Shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning. and I crease the intake of garlic ginger green leaves vegetables and dairy products. take care
