Y are you guys adding salt for all your meal planner , they are given to kids below 1 yr and people will add salt to their babies food. Please make the changes accordingly

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 weeks agoA. hello. salt will be the burden of tiny kidney of your baby, using additional salt will be excessive load. and babies get required amount of salt from regular diet and bm. so better to avoid it tilli one yr of age
