you should ideally start brushing your kid's teeth as soon as the first milk tooth erupts..
now start brushing your kid's teeth by using small head soft bristles toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of kid's toothpaste twice a day

Its After the age of 1 1/2 years but if your child has an early teething by the age of 8 to 9 months also if your child even has four teeth by then then you should start brushing the very same time you just have to choose the toothpaste which is hundred percent for kids which is hundred percent fluoride free
