ExpertDr Devanshi MehtaPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi You should start brushing your baby's teeth as soon as the first tooth erupts. Brush twice a day using small head soft bristtle toothbrush and toothpaste in rice grain size quantity till the age of 3 years.Clean the tongue too.

Well When your child is getting its teeth that’s the right time for you to go ahead with it Dr is it even if one is there or two are there then you should start brushing immediately right after that so your child is about what About one year and 10 of age so you should do it definitely twice a day
