Q.

With a 6 years kid around I had no time for self care in my second pregnancy and postpartum, I did not use belly belt for 3 months postpartum, can I use it now? Will it help in any way, I m not concerned about belly fat and physical looks of my body, but concerned that wearing belts will help move organs to there position, is that true?

A. this type of billy belt may not help much only exercise Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hello dear parent! Belt might not be of much help. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day.
