Travelling any time is safe with a small child because at the end of the day right now the child is completely dependent on you so if you are comfortable carrying your child with a long drive you have to feed from time to time there is no problem in fact travelling by car would rather be much safer because your child would be protected in the content atmosphere and temperature of the child would not even catch any kind of an infection
