A. It is recommended to introduce semi solid foods in baby's diet between the age of 5-6 months. Whenever you start, always make sure to feed smaller quantities first. Give 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. Feed one type of food first for initial 3 days to observe how well baby is able to digest and then only, introduce new food.
