will my babies upper lip high frenal attachment cause latching issues if so how it need to be treated because intial sucking is so painful.

Yes it could be sometimes discomforting so I would recommend you to kindly check with your doctor whatever they guide you and advise you kindly follow that and if there’s anything that you need to take care of anything at all the doctor would advise you accordingly
