Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Not like that. You should minimize your screen time to take care of your eyes. Eat healthy foods which is good for eye sight. Do eye exercise regularly. While using the mobile phones, make sure to adjust the brightness. Thank you.
