why water comes out from the right eye of my baby who is 5 months old most of the times when he lie down

a warm, wet towel placed on your babies eyes several times a day, which can help with blocked tear ducts.

Water coming from the eyes is due to the blocked tear duct which will open on its own as the baby grows up. Also consult with your doctor for the same once. Take care
