Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. hi are you asking for your child? if yes then it happens because of low intake of fluids , allergy to diapers or fabric ,dry skin or Infection so please stop using diapers for now prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes apply coconut oil there keep that area clean using gentle wipes like Babyhug wipes
