Why sugar and salt should not given to child before one year#asktheexperts

A. because, Salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load. And babies get required amount of salt from regular diet and bm.sugar may cause caries andtooth decay in children. Excess of sugar may depress immunity. And leads to obesity, diabetes.

A. hello mum it is not true that you have to completely avoid but you can give in a little quantity for your baby that will help your baby to get the in a taste for the food
