why sometimes baby's eyes get wet?

A. this occurs due to nasolacrimal duct obstruction which is very common in children at this age it occurs due to obstruction of pathway (nasolacrimal duct) from eyes to the nose for which eyes massage is needed regularly and this problem goes away with increasing age of the child meet your doctor for more information and also go through various videos which wigll also tell you how to massage the eyes to decrease the obstruction. if the obstruction is not taken care of the proper massage it cgan lead to infection in the eyes( yellow secretion) and more watery eyes as well as red eyes and secretions from the eyes
