why slowen lymph node appears without any symptoms, when it will go.it will cause any heath issue to child.is it worried things. ca you please answer

Hello See sometimes these things are nothing they are just lipoma over but sometimes it could be anything else also so it is always advisable to 1st get it checked to have a clarity whether it is just a fat thing on a day something else after that only we can tell you as to when is this going to subside
