why salt is being added in babies meals it's not recommended

A. it is better to avoid salt in baby food until he or she completes one years of age. as they get the required amount of it by regular food and from breast milk

A. A lot of doctors believe that it makes a child hyper active if you add salt and sugar into the food of your child so if you want you can skip that but my doctor always suggested to use because it gives proper flavour to the food and I have added salt and spices from the beginning itself
