why not adding sugar in fruit juice?

A. both of them are not recommended for babies. sugar..no. fruit juices...big no. instead, give them fruits like apples, bananas, cheeku, melons n stuff... no citrus fruits until they are a year old. steam fruits like apples and mash them to purees.. then feed the baby. always ask your pediatrician.. don't ask random strangers or google search on phone for stuff like these related to babies. take care

A. Because Fruit juices it self are so much sweet you are taking so many fridge to make a juice that automatically so much high in sugar and then on top of that you want to add sugar to it so obviously it is not healthy it’s very very unhealthy to give juices in the first place and on top of that if you add sugar then it’s just absolutely waste
