why my son's is awaking always during night?? is he not getting enough feed or due to any other reasons... can anyone suggest me

The child is only 3 months old and new born do get at night ..
Also it can be due to some gas or digestive issue like colic pain so check for that
Also if you are breastfeeding the child have a balanced and nutritious diet so that child also feel full and grows well ..
