Q.

my baby is 3 months old and I am nt getting enough milk. he s on mixed feed..Give me suggestions to increase bm.

A. it is advisable to take plenty of water as well as 500 ml milk everyday and take all the supplements given by your doctor and also drink shatavari supplements which can be mixed with milk

A. Hi parent you can take leptadene tablets twice a day with glass of milk daily it is very helpful for increase breast milk you can take aswgndha powder or satavari granules with glass of milk daily it is very helpful
