Sometimes kids just do it because they get into this habit of doing it by looking somewhere around our TV sometimes they just do it generally when you do not pay attention to them so just to grab your attention and sometimes could be due to a nutritional deficiency it’s a common thing seen with kids but yet if you want please do check with your doctor
