why my son and daughter both having fever since 5 days using CALPOL 250 reducing fever after again fever is returning and both having cold and cough having runny nose with yellow thick mucus for my daughter,after CALPOL when fever is not there they taking food like idly,fruits and juices but in fever they are sleeping and full, my son got reduced fever on Tuesday again attacked from yesterday Evng,consulted doctr yesterday afternoon for my daughter prescribed arithromicin and saline drops and CALPOL it fever but my both kids had fever at once and both having fever for 5days is it a serious concern
