My son got fever its 102.7 , i gave calpol 250 and in every 2 hrs fever comes back.

If baby having temperature more than 100 degrees reducing and raising even after having medication, sponging within hours at evenings for more than one , two days then need to concern. Consult Paeditrician and go for tests don't Delay. Give adequate water, fluids,semi solids for hydration.
