Why my nephew is not speaking yet? He is 15 months old. He says few things but not clearly.

A. hello...Most children speak their first word between 10 to 14 months of age. By the time your baby is 1 year old, baby will say between one to three words. They will be simple, and not complete words, but you will know what they mean like my liitle one said “ma-ma,” n “pa-pa,” or try a name for a sibling, pet, or toy...also by the 18 month baby will start speaking one or two small sentences ...but some babies take more time then others which is nothing to worry about...wait some more...then show to speech therapist if too much delayed
