Q.

Why my leg nerves pull while sleeping. I am facing this issue from 2nd trimester of pregnancy. Is it common in all pregnant women??

A. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. have tablet evion Lc for 10days at bedtime. nap often. walk for half an hour daily

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
