why my child passing so much poo even if she sneezing poo come out...it is save to give gripe water to 2 month baby

A. Don't use gripe water/janam gutti /honey to ur baby  It's of no use  It may cause infection to baby   Hence always better to avoid.  No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed.   Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age.  It will help.  No problem if baby is passing adequate urine. If baby is active and playful,  no fever,  passing adequate urine ie.  minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion ( once in 7 days or  15 times per day-  both conditions are totally normal.
