Why my breasted milk suddenly decreased , i have good milk supply before, my 4 mnth old baby got infection so that doc said not feed baby for 3 days , after 3 days my milk very low ,not like before , why was this happened , am taking lactare caps now

Mam when you don’t feed the child the body gets a signal at the feet is not required and slowly starts reducing it’s since you haven’t fed your child in last three days which is why you are facing this problem or low feat suddenly so there’s nothing wrong it’s because of not feeling but currently looking at the situation I would advise you to start taking a lactation supplement which would be benefiting for you
