Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi mom, it is common in pneumonia just make sure you are wearing proper comfortable and proper size nursing bra also massage breast before feeding With warm coconut oil or olive oil also taking hot shower will give relief from pain give warm compress
