ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. these look like cavities. make sure to visit a dentist and get a proper clinical examination done. brush twice daily using a grain size if kids age appropriate toothpaste like colgate kids avoid night feed avoid sticky food like chocolate chips and biscuits
