why my baby hands and legs become cold..? but his head become hot if I put cap on it

It’s probably Got because you’re using a cap on it but I think your child is normal body temperature is cold only so need not worry about it if you still feel it could be more warmer than that it could be fever take a temperature with a thermometer to have better clarity on that
