Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Eye Redness is commonly seen because of some adllergic condition , infection or any trauma which needs proper examination. if it is associated d with some discharge it could be infection but no self medication should be used.

It Maybe due to some irritation in the eyes see without proper assessment I will not be able to give you any correct diagnosis on that maximum what you can do is that you should clean the eyes with cold water every 3 to 4 hours that should definitely consult your doctor
