Why my 78 days old baby vomit after every feeding and even when I burp? Is she feeling unwell or any other reason?

A. dear mum , this is completely normal n common contimue to burp after every feed burp in sitting position is better 24 hr urine output n wt gain is normal , active baby dont worry
