why my 3 month old preterm baby latches only for 6 mins and leave off

A. Look if your child is getting a minimum of 500 g then a sufficiently full for at least 2 to 3 hours after taking one feeding from you then there is no problem child sleeping or playful then there is no problem you just have to look for the weight gain and being full time
