Why my 3 month old baby doing always feeling vomitting but he is not do vommit.. and daily more than 4 times doing vommiting

A. this vomiting is because of reflux action baby will feel like throwing out.. always burp after feed.. keep baby in upright position and gently rub the baby back for some time.. don't immediately put baby on bed after feed.. give small feeds.. maintain gap between feeds..
