why my 3.3 years old daughter who is going to nursery past 5 months catching cold and running nose everyday since 2 months .and no medicine is effective in this .

they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /nigtht and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperature variations.
there is a pfossibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization.

Right now due to seasonal change every child is falling sick so how many times are giving medicine to the child your child is actually catching infection from someone or the other son along with the medicines I would advise you to give indirect steam and also start with a multivitamin supplement
