why my 1.7 month baby is 8 kg only but eating normally and very active

That’s very nice to know that the child is active and that’s very good but the child should be at least 11 kg why this age so the weight gain is definitely not proper so you need to focus upon increasing the weight gain of the child trying and include more of proteins along with the balance that that you are following for the child
