why may baby vomit after eat... don't interst to eat few some day

These are the common changes. You will notice in babies eating habit. Sometimes babies avoid taking food and it can also be because of change in weather. So you should definitely not worry about it and try to give light food to your baby, so it will be easy for your baby to digest it, and give at least four meals in a day.
