Why is the vaccination schedule of babies differs from state to state. can I go for my state vaccination schedule?

Hello,your baby boy is 15 months old and he is to receive his vaccination of c pox and typhoid vaccination if not given at 9/10 months but vaccines are given according to IAP the crown authority which is one and same for whole country,you have something is jumbled
