In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisagdble to consult your doctor dso that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Ru Giving any iron supplement to the child because iron supplement can be heard of the biggest reasons behind this thing and if you are not still giving any idea to prevent still the tongue is black then you clean it with a tongue cleaner regularly
