RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl5 hours agoA. Stomach pain can be associated with indigestion also and sometimes it can be associated with stomach related other issues also and maybe that’s due to stomach infection also that the fever is there so it’s better to have an assessment with your doctor
