my child having fever with stomach pain and taking fever syrup with cefixime antibiotic but now it's now fourth day stil having fever but no stomach pain what is the reason

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you canr continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular ineterval and meet the doctor immediately
