why im getting period 2 time in a month after 3 month of delivery

Actually hormones can be disturbed at any given point of time and these kind of situations are very common to be seen after delivery kindly talk to your doctor she advised me with the medicine that is going to help in regulating your period cycle and also have an iron supplement because you must have lost a lot of blood in time period so that is also going to help in meeting the deficiency in the body
