why I am gaining weight after given birth and my child is already 10 months but still my stomach is not reduce

A. Dear mum, stomach fat reduction requires overall weight and fat loss. Eat mindfully and have an active lifestyle. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Avoid junk food. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
