why giving only brest feeding for babies till 6 months? why don't give semi solid and even water also?

Hello ma’am For initial six months it is recommended to give breastfeed because that is more important as a child digestive system is not that strong to accept semisolid food and within six months of the body develops properly the digestive system becomes better that is why it is recommended to give all these things after the age of six months
